PLAT COORDINATOR

Job Duties

• Must be able to coordinate multiple projects, within the City of Houston and surrounding areas, throughout the entire plat submittal and approval process.

• Must be able to work directly with other consultants, engineering teams and clients to manage the platting process.

• Must be able to maintain schedules as they relate to the platting of these projects.

• When necessary, must be able to provide basic land planning and platting expertise.

• Should know the platting regulations for most agencies in the City of Houston and surrounding area.

• Must be able to present plats and applications to the surrounding Cities, Counties and other agencies for approval of plats.

• This position will require the ability to work with a team and independently.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 Years experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

• Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D

• Excellent attention to detail and impeccable work ethic

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills

• Deadline driven

• Ability to build strong relationships.
