Mr. Novosad’s civil engineering experience includes engineering design, production supervision and construction overview for a variety of Municipal Utility District (MUD) projects. He has performed conceptual, preliminary and final design of water supply and distribution systems, wastewater collection systems and lift station facilities, roadways, storm drainage and detention systems. He is well versed in TCEQ rules and regulations and has prepared creation reports, bond application reports and maintained several storm water quality permits for MUDs.
