As a 2016 graduate from Texas A&M University, Brian brings extensive experience in land development, municipal utility district (MUD), and infrastructure projects. He has a proven record of coordinating teams, guiding projects from planning through construction, and delivering solutions that meet the highest standards.
In his new role, Brian will lead major projects, mentor junior staff, and support Blackline’s continued work in land development and MUD engineering.
