Enrique brings a unique background from his work with Harris County, along with valuable land development experience and hands-on involvement with MUD districts. His understanding of both public processes and private development gives him the tools to help streamline approvals, coordinate with agencies, and keep projects on track.
In his role, Enrique will assist with project coordination, planning, engineering design, plan production, and construction management, supporting our project managers and clients every step of the way.
