Yu brings many years of experience in H&H analysis, stormwater management, floodplain studies, drainage design, land development, and water resources engineering. Throughout his career, he has successfully collaborated with public agencies, municipalities, developers, and project teams to deliver innovate and sustainable solutions. In his role as Project Manager, Yu will help lead H&H and land development projects from planning and design through construction support, ensuring technical excellence, client satisfaction, and successful project delivery.
